Maht Gaek is a Korean restaurant located outside of Dallas in the city of Plano. Since February is Heart month, we would like to showcase Korean food and the nutritional benefits of enjoying Asian cuisine. These dishes contain multiple vegetables and spices that help lower cholesterol. Having meat in the soups provides a healthy source of protein to keep you full, while the noodles contain necessary fiber to promote smooth digestion. There are also numerous side dishes such as broccoli, bean sprouts, tofu, kimchi, and a little bit of macaroni to satiate your hunger.

The seafood soft tofu soup is loaded with protein and will help keep you warm during those cold winter months!

Numerous sides provide a variety of vegetables and spices to enjoy with the soup.
