Healthy Cheesecake Bars

A guilt-free sweet treat!

Ingredients:

4 reduced fat crescent rolls 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese ¾ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (~35 grams) ½ cup Lucky Charms marshmallows, divided ¼ cup calorie-free sweetener (Swerve granulated sweetener works great!)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350o and grab a baking dish (I used 9x5).

  2. Press the crescent rolls onto the bottom of the dish.

  3. Combine cream cheese, yogurt, egg, vanilla, protein powder, and sweetener in a medium bowl with a hand mixer. Beat until the texture is smooth.

  4. Add ⅔ of the marshmallows to the mixture, and pour it onto the crescent rolls.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the bars start to brown.

  6. Let them cool to room-temperature, and then add the rest of the marshmallows.

  7. Store in the fridge for a couple of hours (until cool) before slicing.
