This is an easy recipe that can be used to add flavor to a lot of different dishes. I enjoy these pickled radishes in salads, served with eggs or meats, and as a garnish for any dish that just needs a little acidity.

1 bunch of radishes

½ cup of apple cider vinegar

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp crushed red pepper

1 Tbsp honey

  1. Combine vinegar and honey together in a pint-sized container

  2. Slice radishes as thinly as possible

  3. Place radishes in vinegar/honey mixture

  4. Add mustard seeds and crushed red pepper

  5. Thoroughly combine ingredients, making sure that the radishes are fully submerged

  6. Let sit at room temperature for one hour

  7. Store in refrigerator, will last for at least one month
